Customer Service Officer
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our dynamic Customer Services Team. The CSO interacts with internal and external customers/patients to provide and process information in responses to inquiries, concerns and requests about hospital products and services The CSO also obtains and evaluates all relevant information to handle inquiries, complaints and schedules and confirms patient diagnostic appointments, surgeries and medical consultations.
The Requirements
· A diploma in either one of the disciplines: Business Management, Hospitality & Tourism or Marketing
· 2-3 years experience in a similar position
· Well versed in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
· Training in Front Desk Reception/Customer Service Skills would be an advantage
· Knowledge of Attaché Business Partner would be an advantage
· Willingness to work flexible hours
