Anaesthetist
Suva Private Hospital is Fiji’s largest provider of private health care and health services. With our 40-bed hospital facility and a team of dedicated health professionals and support staff, we provide a wide range of quality medical, surgical, maternity and diagnostic services to the people of Fiji and the Pacific Region.
We seek to accredit an In-house Anaesthetist to join our team on a salaried basis.
Minimum qualifications & experience include:
§ Medical degree with postgraduate specialist training in Anaesthesia, Intensive Care Medicine and Pain Medicine.
§ At least 5 years of practical experience in the specialty.
§ Full Medical Practitioner Registration and Specialist Registration from Fiji Medical & Dental Council.
§ Updated Certificate of Good Standing.
§ Highly motivated, self-disciplined and patient-oriented.
§ Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
§ Computer skills.
All candidates must meet the accreditation requirements of our Clinical Governance Board Accreditation Committee.

Medical Practitioners

We seek to accredit Medical Practitioners (part-time) to join our Medical Centres in Suva and Lautoka.
Minimum qualifications & experience include:
§ Medical degree with current Medical Practitioner experience.
§ At least 3 years experience, with no less than 6 months of A&E, acute medical or surgical experience.
§ Full Medical Practitioner Registration to practice in Fiji.
§ Updated Certificate of Good Standing.
§ Able to relate to people from different cultural backgrounds.
§ High degree of motivation and self-discipline.
§ Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
§ Customer service orientation.
§ Computer skills.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE MANAGER
Suva Private Hospital (SPH) is Fiji’s largest provider of private hospital and health services. With its 40-bed hospital facility and a team of dedicated health professionals and support staff, the hospital provides a wide range of high quality medical, surgical, maternity and diagnostic services to the people of Fiji and the Pacific Region.
SPH is seeking to recruit a dynamic and highly motivated individual for the position of Operational Excellence Manager (OEM). The OEM will play a pivotal role as an advocate and liaison between the hospital’s key functional areas and stakeholders to achieve excellence in service and commitment to patient and customer needs. You must have significant knowledge in quality improvement, process management, and customer relations, and be able to facilitate and improve information process flows.
Key accountabilities of the role include:

Qualifications & Experience
