Suva Private Hospital's Pathology Department is one of Fiji's best equipped laboratories in the region.
We operate 7 days from 8am to 5pm and there is always a Lab Scientist on call if required after these offical hours.
The Lab provides these full range of services in Biochemistry, Haematology, Serology, Microbiology, Immuno-haematology, Histology and Cytology. Majority of tests required by general practitioners and specialists both local and regional are carried out at our Pathology Department.
For highly specialised tests such as parternity testing etc which is not available locally , Suva Private have close links with overseas reference laboratories that can facillitate your requests and results recieved within expected time.
While our rates are competitive with other private laboratories, we maintain stringent international standards including regular participation in internal and external quality control.
Our diagnostic laboratory services are as follows but not limiting to:
- Haematology - full blood count, cogulation profile, semen anlysis, bone marrow etc
